Getting Serious

We had been dating for a few months now and things were starting to get serious. We had really strong feelings for each other but it was still very complicated. I’m going to skip some of the details here for obvious reasons. But just know that her past marriage was an issue still and it was going to be difficult to move forward. We talked about it often and how the future might play out. It wasn’t going to be easy. Family was a big part of this too and there was not going to be an easy way to make this work. We were about 4 months in when things took a turn. Again, going to skip some of the details but she needed to move out of her house. She didn’t want to but didn’t have a choice. So….you guessed it. She moved in with me. Which was awesome. By now we truly loved each other and it kind took the weight off of hiding the relationship from her family. But this brought a whole new set of issues. I introduced her to my girls and they liked her a lot. But this was different. Her moving in changed the dynamic completely. My daughters were in college and a senior in high school but still complicated. I am definitely going to leave my girls out of this story but you will still be able to figure it out as we go.
